The Prevailing Monthly Price for September 2014 exceeds US$ 355, therefore Option A and Option B regions will not be subject to RQV restraints, surge mechanism or the base export charge for that month. Please note that the additional export charges for softwood lumber products originating in Ontario and Quebec are currently in the process of being terminated in accordance with the recent decision issued by the London Court of International Arbitration.
